Audit
We currently provide audit services to entities of all types and sizes including for-profit organizations with annual revenues ranging up to $100 million. Several of our audit clients are foreign owned allowing us to conduct our audit in conjunction with ‘Big Four’ firms engaged by the parent companies of our clients.
Our client base also includes numerous not-for-profit organizations, many of which require A-133 audits due to their levels of federal funding. Additionally, we audit employee benefit plans and privately owned businesses.
Tax
Our tax services are provided to high net worth individuals, corporations, partnerships, family-owned businesses, not-for-profit entities, estates and trusts, and employee benefit plans. Furthermore, we offer tax and financial planning services to assist our clients in minimizing income taxes and strategically approaching future situations which may impact income tax exposure.
Financial reporting
In addition to audit services, review and compilation services are performed for numerous clients. Also, agreed-upon procedures are commonly conducted which relate to specific components of financial reporting.
Litigation support
Our firm has significant experience in providing expert witness testimony as well as assisting attorneys with their investigations involving accounting or tax matters.
Fraud support
We have extensive experience in working with the owners or management of organizations suspecting fraud. This typically involves the suspected misappropriation of cash, inventory, or other assets.
Qualified Intermediary services
Certain firm members have experience acting as a Qualified Intermediary for Internal Revenue Code Section 1031 exchanges.

Bookkeeping and payroll
