| Holland & Henry was formed in 1993, bringing together two partners with significant experience in working
for international ‘Big-Four’ accounting firms. Since that time we have added three additional partners
and fifteen more members to our professional staff. Our growth is attributed to our success in obtaining
quality clients and in providing quality services.
Our mission statement from the beginning has been
to provide the same caliber of services that we delivered through international firms to the organizations
in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina. This objective is brought to mind each time we
propose on a new client, as we believe that focusing on this mission will ensure that we remain technically
sound in auditing, tax and consulting matters that will impact our clients.
Our main office is located on the fourteenth floor of the Johnson Square Financial Center Building in downtown Savannah.
We also maintain a satellite office in The Village at The Landings on Skidaway Island. We perform audit, tax,
financial reporting, litigation support, fraud support and management advisory services.
